Covenant Health Office

Creating a flexible, hybrid workspace that supports collaboration and remote connectivity across 7 floors.

Covenant Health Corporate Office Relocation

Collaborating with Covenant Health, one of Canada’s largest Catholic healthcare providers, this project involved consolidating their corporate staff into a single location in downtown Edmonton. Over 7 floors, we developed a post-COVID interior layout that blended hybrid and permanent workstations, prioritizing flexibility, acoustics, and seamless AV integration for remote connectivity.

As the interior designer on this project, I worked closely with my design lead to bring the vision to life. I was responsible for the creative design, 3D modelling, and renders, finish selections as well as all presentation development. A key part of my role was conducting a comprehensive furniture inventory across multiple site locations. I created a cohesive furniture plan that re-purposed existing pieces where possible, while also identifying items that needed to be replaced. I managed the furniture budgeting and ordering process to ensure alignment with the project’s goals. The project took 18 months to complete, delivering a modern, functional workspace.
