The Rohit Office Building features two towers, each with seven floors. The main lobby includes a fitness center, café, and retail shop, creating a vibrant and functional space. The elevator lobby design extends throughout the south tower, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across the entire office tower.

I was responsible for planning and demising the lobby to maximize tenant space. Additionally, I handled all creative design, developed 3D renderings, and oversaw the construction drawing set to ensure every detail aligned with the vision. I also supported Construction Administration throughout the process. With a fast-paced timeline, we worked hard to ensure the lobby was completed on schedule for the building's newly leased tenants.
